The Challenge
KT Plan Support was a newly registered business offering two very different services: NDIS support and carpentry. Kimberly needed a professional website and brand that could bring both sides together clearly, without feeling disjointed or confusing.
Her existing materials leaned feminine, using pink and soft tones, which no longer reflected the business direction. She wanted something more neutral, trustworthy, and professional — a look and feel that spoke equally to NDIS clients and trade customers.
The site also needed to be simple to navigate, mobile-friendly, and include clear calls to action for both audiences:
→ Get NDIS Support
→ Request a Carpentry Quote
My Approach
The focus was on clarity, accessibility, and local trust.
I designed a new logo and custom Squarespace website that united both arms of the business in one cohesive brand.
Key updates included:
New brand identity with calm, gender-neutral tones (sandstone, teal, and jade) to replace the pink palette
Clear structure separating NDIS Support and Carpentry Services while showing both are part of the same business
Easy-to-use contact forms and smart redirects for different enquiry types
SEO-friendly copywriting focused on NDIS support and regional carpentry services
Polished layout that feels grounded, reliable, and approachable
Responsive design for smooth mobile performance
Simple footer SEO setup and clear next-step CTAs
Every detail — from button labels to typography — was chosen to balance warmth and professionalism.
The Outcome
The new brand and website now give KT Plan Support a strong, unified online presence.
The site communicates credibility, care, and community — helping NDIS participants find the support they need, while also showcasing the quality and reliability of David’s carpentry work.
“I love it!”
