The Challenge
Ilana needed a website that could hold the depth of her work. Her previous site no longer reflected her maturity as a therapist or the quality of experience she offers.
The new site needed to feel safe, warm, layered, and meaningful, while still being clear and easy to navigate. It also needed space for future teaching, writing, and her Dream Lab offering.
The goal was to create a home that truly felt like her, supported bookings through Cliniko, and helped the right clients find their way in.
My Approach
The focus was on depth, texture, and emotional resonance.
I designed a new Squarespace website that mirrors the way Ilana works. Calm. Reflective. Grounded. Nothing rushed or surface-level.
Key updates included:
• A layered, textured visual language to reflect the depth of her therapeutic approach
• Clear structure across Psychotherapy, Approaches, Dream Lab, Testimonials, and Working With Me
• Soft colour palette and spacious layout to create a sense of emotional safety
• Warm, grounded copywriting shaped from our conversations and her voice
• Client testimonials placed intentionally to build trust and connection
• Integration with Cliniko for bookings and a simple waitlist flow
• A flexible blog and writing space for future expansion
• Responsive design for a calm and consistent mobile experience
Every detail was chosen to feel like Ilana, both visually and emotionally.
The Outcome
The new website now reflects the depth, heart, and clarity of Ilana’s work. Feedback from her community has already confirmed that the site feels like her, which was the aim from the start.
It supports her growth into teaching and writing, while giving new clients a clear and welcoming entry point.
