The products are designed to keep children engaged during travel, events, and everyday moments, while making life easier for parents.

The Challenge
Kimmy had already built a successful product with strong demand, repeat customers, and over a thousand positive reviews.

The website, however, wasn’t keeping up.

The site felt visually busy, with multiple fonts, graphic-based text, and inconsistent layouts. Key messages were competing for attention, and it wasn’t always clear where to look or what to do next.

Important benefits like travel, screen-free play, and ease for parents were not leading the experience, even though they were clearly valued by customers.

It wasn’t quite reflecting the quality of the product or the level of trust already built.

Kimmy wanted a more professional, easy-to-use website that felt clear, cohesive, and guided customers toward a purchase.



My Approach
The focus was on clarity, structure, and making the buying journey easier to follow.

• Simplifying the homepage layout to create clear sections and flow
• Replacing image-based text with live text for readability and SEO
• Reducing font and graphic inconsistency across the site
• Creating a simple, consistent typography and button system
• Restructuring the homepage using a clear problem → solution flow
• Leading with “stress-free travel with kids” as the core message
• Introducing Shop by Age and refining Shop by Moment navigation
• Adding a clear 3-step “How It Works” section
• Using real customer language from reviews to guide messaging
• Improving basic SEO with proper heading structure and meta content


The Outcome

The website now feels calmer, clearer, and easier to navigate.

It reflects the quality of the product and the thought behind it.

Customers can quickly understand what the product is, who it’s for, and why it’s useful.

Most importantly, it allows Kimmy to better communicate her value and guide people toward the right product without overwhelm.
