Transforming the Digital Presence of a Global Mindfulness Campaign

Mindful in May is the world’s largest online mindfulness fundraising campaign, blending meditation with a mission to provide clean drinking water to those in need.

Dr Elise Bialylew, the program’s founder, wanted to refresh the program’s digital presence with a more vibrant and engaging design. I worked with Elise to bring this vision to life, creating a cohesive online experience that showcased the campaign’s impact while inspiring participation.

The Challenge
To modernise the program’s digital design and give it a fresh, vibrant look while staying true to its purpose-driven ethos. The campaign needed:

  • A visually engaging homepage to attract participants.

  • Updated course branding, including fun patterns and new brand colours.

  • Social media, email banners, and PDF workbooks that aligned with the new design.

  • Graphics for the live sessions and campaign promotions.



My Approach
Added vibrancy and creativity to the Mindful in May campaign with refreshed branding, enhanced user experiences, and polished visuals across all digital platforms.

What I Did:

  1. Homepage Design: Crafted an inviting, high-converting homepage that communicated the program’s mission and benefits.

  2. Course Branding: Introduced a new brand colour palette and patterns to give the campaign a fresh, modern feel.

  3. Graphic Design: Created all course materials, including module graphics, PDFs, email banners, and social assets to ensure consistency across platforms.

  4. Promotional Materials: Designed vibrant visuals to promote the campaign through social media and email marketing.


The Outcome

The Mindful in May campaign now has a vibrant and cohesive online presence that reflects its transformative mission.

The updated branding and polished design elements made the program more engaging and accessible, helping it connect with a wider audience while staying true to its purpose of improving mental well-being and supporting global clean water initiatives.
